Spring Picture Day 2026

We’re so excited to announce the return of our Spring Picture Day! ALL dance classes will be photographed free of charge, with optional solo and small group sessions for a small fee! After pictures are taken, families will be able to preview their student’s gallery with a secure, personalized link and order professional-quality prints or digital downloads. Yearbooks will also be available!

Photographer & Schedule
All photos will be taken with professional camera equipment by J-DAPA staff member Matt Eisemann! Matt has many years of photography experience and has photographed many of J-DAPA’s dance recitals, plays, and musicals.
Picture day will begin at 9:30 AM, with each class reserved for a 15-minute block! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you are ready to be in front of the camera at your scheduled time. We ask that ALL students wear appropriate undergarments (the same as would be worn for a recital) as we will not have private changing areas for students with multiple classes/costumes. The schedule can be viewed below – if students have more than a 30-minute break between classes, they should plan to leave and return. We have structured the schedule in an attempt to minimize downtime for individual students, but we apologize for any inconvenience. Solo photos will be taken during each class session, and small group sessions will be booked at the conclusion of all class photos at 5:15 PM – we will contact those who reserve these sessions to confirm exact times.
Photo Delivery
After picture day has concluded, each family will receive secure, personalized gallery links with photos for all of their classes, plus solo and group sessions. Please allow 1-2 weeks for editing. Families can preview watermarked versions of all photos taken and purchase professional prints (shipped directly to home!) starting from just a few dollars – sizes range from wallets to poster-sized prints! Digital downloads of individual photos or a student’s full gallery will be available for an additional fee, which families are welcome to print and share as they choose. A yearbook will also be available containing ALL class photos plus photos from both our holiday 2025 and spring 2026 recitals – these will be available for pickup at the J-DAPA studio at a later date.
