Dancers progress at different rates and while some students may master the required skills after just a year in a beginner class, other students may require more time to develop their technique before they are ready to move on. If you are unsure if you/your child is ready for a more advanced level class, please email us at info@j-dapa.org and we can discuss class placement and/or arrange a brief audition to see if your dancer is able to perform the prerequisite skills mandatory for enrollment in the class.
